Under normal circumstances, we operate an open-door policy all year round – where you do not need to book an appointment – you are welcome to come in at any time. Whether to ask questions, discuss the individual needs of your child or to join in with a session. But like a lot of things with Covid-19 this has had to stop, however we welcome phone calls and emails so please keep in touch.
Starting pre-school is a big step for children and their families, at Little Chicks Pre-School we pride ourselves on the partnership we have built up with our parents. We share your child’s learning experiences and development at regular termly parent meetings.
We have found these meetings give us the opportunity to…
Please do not bring your child to Little Chicks Pre-School if they are ill as germs spread quickly and affect other children as well as the staff. If your child has been prescribed antibiotics to treat an infection, they should remain at home for at least 24 hours (this includes conjunctivitis).
After sickness and/or diarrhoea, children must NOT return until they are symptom free for at least 48 hours.
If you are unsure please contact us 01952 248538 / email info@littlechickspreschool.co.uk
Little Chicks Pre-School has close connections with our local Schools. Before the children have their visits to School, teachers from a variety of school’s come and meet the children.
Little Chicks Pre-School follows the EYFS curriculum and ensures that each child makes progress in all the areas of learning.
If you would like further information regarding the EYFS curriculum please ask at the Pre-School and a member of staff will be happy to help.
